Start using MeetingSense by scheduling and then preparing or starting MeetingSense meetings directly from your Outlook calendar. Use our Outlook toolbar buttons or right-click on an available meeting slot to schedule a new MeetingSense meeting. Prepare or Start MeetingSense Meetings with the toolbar buttons or by right-clicking on previously scheduled meetings. The Plug-in launches MeetingSense Capture and will automatically import participants, files, and the agenda to get you started.
During Your Meetings - Capture Everything
Starting or preparing a meeting from your new Outlook Toolbars launches MeetingSense Capture an interface for easily capturing all of the information and action items shared during your meetings.
